All pieces are 100% hand crafted. As leather colour, texture and thickness varies from time to time, there may be subtle differences between the product’s photo and the piece you will receive. Therefore we ask our clients to understand and accept that opportunity.
We take your privacy seriously and we will proceed with all measures to protect your personal information. All received information will only be securely used to fill your order. We will not sell or distribute your information to anyone.
PRE-ORDER FILLING TIME
Production time for each item is 5-7 working days and may be various to changes depending on style or workload. Under special circumstances we may require more time to produce the item(s), you will be notified by email. We ask our customers to be patient and accept this possibility. If you have any special time frames, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org before placing an order.
Payment can be made by using all major credit and debit cards through PrivatBank Secure ePayments tool. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. Handling fees (such as money transfer fees) must be paid by the customer.
As for security reasons, this time we cannot accept payments from the following countries. Alternatively, you can send us a Bank Wire Transfer at the nearest bank department. PayPal is not accepted in Ukraine, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
TAX AND DUTIES
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the Ukraine, please note that your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order.
All shippings are free of charge worldwide.
We ship by EMS with tracking number.

If you wish to use special courier service as DHL, FEDEX, TNT, etc., please contact us before placing an order on email@example.com. This option will be charged as extra.
Returns are accepted and must be authorised by us previously. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org (subject: return/exchange) within 3 days of the order’s delivery date. The garment must not be worn or altered in any form. All shipping and handling fees must be paid by the customer. Exchanges are accepted under the following circumstances: the piece has arrived damaged or there is any manufacturing defect. All sale items are non-refundable.
